Hello Beauties & thank you for reviewing our shipping/policies page 

As of today Urth's Garden is a one woman operation and orders are processed as fast as possible. Typically orders are shipped in 7-10 business days (not including the day the order was placed, Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays) and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.  

Our shipping prices are based on USPS Priority Mail estimates and all orders include delivery confirmation (where available).  

Please note that many of our products are made with oils, & waxes that will melt in high temperatures.  Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner. 

Some items on this website is also personally handcrafted by me and may contain slight imperfections due to the handmade nature of the products. Please keep this in mind when ordering your products.

Lost Mail?

In some cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Once it is dropped off at the post office the package is OUT of our hands. If your package is lost please contact your post man or local post office with the issue along with your tracking number. I will do my best to help you figure out the problem. If the tracking number indicates your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for a package that has been delivered and we have done our part in fulfilling your order. 

Make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us we will NOT send you a new package. You will have to wait for the original package to be returned to us and then we may resend it to your correct address. You will also have to pay a reshipping fee. If it gets lost because of a wrong address entered we will not be responsible.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, and we do not issue refunds because you don't like the scent or are allergic to an ingredient.  We have a full ingredient listing for every product, please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering.  If there is a legitimate issue with your order such as a broken item, we definitely want to make it right, so please contact us via email or instagram DM
